  • The bottom of the cooking pan is made of high quality stainless steel material with a thickness of 8 mm. This increases the resistance of the bottom to rust.
  • Stainless steel micro-hole burners provide maximum efficiency in gas models. To increase safety, a safety-equipped gas cock and a thermocouple for flame monitoring are used.
  • The electronic ignition system in gas models provides easy operation for users. In addition, statuses such as operation or ignition can be monitored with the signal lights on the panel.
  • With the help of a micro switch in gas tilting pans, if the pan is lifted during operation, the burners are turned off and when the pan returns to its previous position, the burners automatically start working again.
  • In gas models, temperatures can be set between 120-300 °C. In electric models, temperatures can be set between 50-300 °C.
  • Power adjustment can be made thanks to the energy regulator.
  • With the insulation material around the pan, not much heat is released into the environment. Accordingly, energy saving is achieved with low energy consumption.
  • Manual lifting mechanism is available as standard on tilting pans. There is also an optional electric motor lifting system.
  • All corners inside the pan are rounded and polished. Easy cleaning is provided.
  • There are specially designed stainless steel heaters under the cooking surface. Thanks to the specially designed heaters, a homogeneous cooking surface is provided. The heaters quickly reach the desired temperature level.
  • Hot and cold water connections can be made. Hot and cold water inlet valves can be controlled from the front panel. The pan can be filled with the chrome-plated battery in the devices.
  • Double-walled cover increases the insulation level. Adjustable spring cover lifting mechanism ensures easy opening and closing of the cover.
  • A safety thermostat has been installed to increase the level of safety and prevent the ceiling from overheating.
  • Electricity supply for electric models: 380-400 V / 3 ~NPE /50 Hz. Electricity supply for gas models: 220-240 V / ~NPE /50 Hz.
  • Motorized lifting system is optional for all products.
