It is a comfortable waiting seat with soft platforms placed in the sitting and back areas. It is one of the most frequently preferred products in waiting rooms and you can design the upholstery colors according to your wishes. In this way, you can provide the most suitable decoration for your space.

Double Waiting Chair Specifications
1-Width (depth) must be at least 63-65 cm, length must be 95 cm, height (font/back) must be at least 45/84 cm.

2-The session body should consist of laser-shaped parts made of at least 1.5 mm sheet metal, an ellipse pipe with a minimum size of 25X2 mm, and connector parts. Sheet metal plugs should be used at the ends of the ellipse pipes.

3-The parts must be joined together by welding.

4-To connect the session bodies, a cross member made of profile with a minimum dimension of 40x60x1.50 mm should be used. Both ends of the cross members are covered with sheet metal. The foot profile will be manufactured from 40X40X1.20 Profile.

5-The hairs forming the font and back areas must be shaped in special molds and have perforated holes.

6-All metal parts must be electrostatic powder painted.

7-Upholstery; sponge should be covered on the plywood in the back and font areas.

8- It should be upholstered in artificial leather. The artificial leather to be used in upholstery must have at least the following features.

a)Weight at least 540-550 gr/m2

b)Textile: 100% polyester cloth

c) Composition: 10% polyurethane, 90% pvc

d) Fastness to pile abrasion, wet and dry rubbing is at least 5

e) Weft breaking strength is at least 445

f) Warp breaking strength is at least 275

g) Weft tear strength is at least 65

h) Seam strength at least 5

i) It should be wipeable with a damp and soapy cloth.

. j) There must be a document proving that the above features have been tested.

9- The legs must be 40X40X1.20 profile legs manufactured in special molds.

10- The feet must be fixed by welding. 13- The feet must be electrostatic powder painted.

11- Plastic pingos with movable heads should be used at the toes.

12- Armrests; 15X30X1.20 Ellipse profile should be used.

13- Armrests should be electrostatic powder painted.

What is the paint layer on the metal sheet waiting seats?
Waiting seats  are a type of product applied in intensive use areas. Electrostatic powder painting is a surface coating method that does not contain solvents (volatile substances originating from petroleum). The coating material is very fine powder paint particles that form the final coat of paint. It is applied in the paint booth by means of special paint apparatus. The electrostatically charged powder paint particles that pass through the gun stick to the material to be painted in the booth and the coating process is completed.

Then, in order for the powder paint to adhere completely to the surface of the material, the material must be grounded very well. After the material is coated with powder paint, an oven temperature of 200ºC melts the powder paint and   allows it to adhere to the surface of the waiting chair  frame. As a result,  a very solid, abrasion and impact resistant paint layer is formed on the surface of the waiting chairs  . It is an environmentally friendly coating method and the powder paint applied to the waiting chairs does not contain harmful and volatile solvents originating from petroleum.
