Specification of quadruple waiting chair with sheet metal

1- Width (depth) should be at least 63 – 65 cm, length should be at least 190 cm, height (font / back) should be at least 45/84 cm

2- The body of the session should consist of at least 1.5 mm plate sheet metal shaped parts in laser, at least 25X2 mm ellipse pipe and binding parts. Sheet metal plugs should be used at the ends of ellipse pipes

While passing through the gun, the electrostatically charged powder paint particles adhere to the material to be painted in the cabinet and the coating process takes place.

Then, in order for the powder coating to fully adhere to the surface of the material, the material must also be grounded very well. After the material is coated with powder coating, it allows the powder paint to melt at an oven temperature of 200ºC and adhere to the surface of the waiting chair frame. As a result, a very durable layer of abrasion and impact-resistant paint is formed on the surface of thewaiting chairs. It is an environmentally friendly coating method, the powder coating process applied to the waiting seats does not contain harmful and volatile solvents caused by petroleum.
