It is easy to carry and transport with its compact structure. It has a carrying handle attached to the fan and wheels that can be steered together with the carrier feet under the fan.

It is equipped with a double-sided wire cage to prioritize security. In this way, possible foreign substances in the fan suction are prevented from causing problems. The fan motor is placed on a special carrier stand, directly coupled to the propeller. The impeller is made of glass fiber reinforced high temperature resistant polyamide blades and the hub is presented as aluminum casting.

Easy commissioning is possible with the on-off switch coupled to the fan, and an additional 3 m energy supply cable is provided with the fan. Thanks to the flexible connection flanges coupled to the fan, flexible pipe connections can be easily made with the steel clamps sent together during transportation.

Product Advantages
  • Our direct coupled standard sleeve smoke exhaust and pressurization fans from 3500 m³/h to 100,000 m³/h, from 10 mmSS to 50 mmSS, from 30 cm diameter to 125 cm diameter.
  • The propeller is produced from GALVANIZED sheet metal, and aluminum bladed propellers that can be adjusted according to need can be used. All measurements are made in accordance with TSE standards. Production is made in larger pressures and diameters upon request.
  • It can also be operated with a frequency inverter (speed controller). Upon request, it can be produced to withstand 120 minutes at 200˚C and 120 minutes at 300˚C.
  • MATERIAL :  Fans produced from galvanized sheet metal between 2 mm and 5 mm or (in large diameters); DKP or black sheet metal are cut on CNC laser sheet metal processing machines and combined by welding.
  • The wings are printed in aluminum metal injection. It is painted with electrostatic powder paint. Propeller balancing is done on electronic balancing machines. It is sent to the quality control department before shipment.
