Description
ELECTROSTATIC OVEN IS PAINTED – GLASS WOOL INSULATED – WITH VIBRATION WEDGE – OPERATES QUIETLY
All parts of Sparse Winged Cell Aspirators are produced with double walls. Although the thickness varies in some sections, it is produced from 1 mm galvanized sheet metal on the outer surface and 0.8 mm on the inner surface. 0.5 mm rock wool was used for heat and sound insulation. It has an internal fan and motor inside. The overall structure was created by combining the profiles with the plastic parts applied to the corners. By adding the service door and door handles, the internal structure of the cell fan can be checked if desired. In Sparse Winged Cell Aspirators, the force coming from the motor is transmitted circularly to the fan with the help of belt pulleys. Thus, the motor and fan pulley, which are connected in parallel, provide movement together. Sparse-bladed cell fans are generally effective in areas where there is oil, dust and substances that can penetrate into the fan.
Since the motor is outside the cabin, it is one of our ideal type fans in extremely oily environments and applications exposed to heat. It is suitable for use in restaurants, cafeterias, paint shops, workshops and all environments where there are particles in the air.
