Working Principle
Filters work on the principle that the charged particles in the air passing between them are captured by the plates by the electrostatic force of attraction, by taking advantage of the high voltage field created between the plates. Their particle holding capacity is quite high.
The dirty air drawn by the fan passes through the washable metal pre-filter. This filter retains coarse dust and oil particles. Then, the oil, smoke and soot in the air coming to the electrostatic filter, which works according to the principle of ionizing the particles, are negatively charged by high voltage charge. While the negatively charged dirty air passes through the positively charged area in the second stage, the oil, smoke and soot particles in the air are strongly attracted by the collector plates and adhered to the filter surface.
Here, the air, which is cleaned to 95%, is cleaned to 99% by passing through an active granular carbon filter and an ozone filter. The air is then passed through a filter with high particle retention capacity and is completely sterilized.
If you want to release the smoke and odor-free air to the indoor environment, the indoor environment must be additionally ventilated with fresh air and an exhaust system.
