PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
  • Model options that can be produced at flow rates between 2,500 m3/h and 90,000 m3/h and have optional dense and sparse wings.
  • The bodies of cellular fans are made of extruded aluminum profile carcass and plastic corner elements.
  • Cellular cabinets are made of galvanized sheet metal, double-walled, electrostatic oven painted, and vibration wedges are used for the motor and internal fan assembly to prevent vibration.
  • Cell panels are insulated with rock wool with a thickness of 20 mm and a density of 70 kg/m3.
  • They provide maximum efficiency with low energy, are acoustically insulated against sound and have vibration-free operation,
  • Optionally, corner legs and monoblock table-shaped legs can be made,
  • In cases where the devices are used for ventilator purposes, a G-4 quality coarse filter is placed in the air inlet section,
  • If needed; active carbon filter, Hepa filter, Metal filter; Oil trap can be used.
  • In cases where variable flow rate and pressure are required, the speed of the electric motor can be adjusted,
  • If necessary, electric motors with 750 rpm -1,500 rpm or -3,000 rpm options are used.
  • It can be used for ambient heating by attaching a resistance to the outlet of the cubicle cabinet.

Material

The casing is produced from galvanized sheet metal between 0.70 mm and 1 mm. It is filled with 20 mm thick glass wool as a double wall. Its frame is made of aluminum profile and the corners are plastic. The motor and fan work with belt and pulley drive on the chassis. Anti-vibration rubber mounts are provided and sealing is ensured with special gaskets. The shooting port connection is connected with a connector. The engine is connected to the chassis with a tensioning slide.

Usage areas

It is generally used in places that require a quiet environment. Some of these are workplaces, banks, shopping malls, sports complexes, meeting and conference halls, supermarkets, factories, hospitals, hotels, schools, movie theaters, pharmaceutical factories, textile workshops, printing houses, etc. It is used to transport fresh air by attaching it to ducts in workplaces.
