Specification of armless dual Waiting Chair

1-Width (depth) should be at least 63-65 cm, length should be 95 cm, height (font/back) should be at least 45/84 cm.

2-The session body should consist of laser-shaped parts made of at least 1.5 mm plate sheet, ellipse pipe of at least 25X2 mm in size and binding parts. Sheet metal plugs should be used at the ends of ellipse pipes

3-The parts should be joined together by welding to each other.

4-A profiled traverse with dimensions of at least 40x60x1.50 mm should be used to connect the session bodies. The two ends of the sleepers are covered with hair. The foot profile will be made of 40X40X1,20 Profile.

5-The hair that makes up the font and back areas should be shaped in special molds and perforated holes should be available.

6-All metal parts should be powder coated.

7-Flooring; Sponge should be covered on the back and font areas.

8-It should be upholstered in artificial leather. The artificial leather to be used in upholstery must have at least the following features.

a) Weight at least 540-550 gr/m2

b) Textile 100% polyester cloth

c) Composition 10% polyurethane, 90% pvc

d) Pile abrasion, wet and dry rubbing fastness at least 5

e) Weft tensile strength at least 445

f) Warp breaking strength at least 275

g) Weft tear strength at least 65

h) Seam strength at least 5

ı) It should be damp and can be wiped with a soapy cloth

. j) There must be a document showing that the above features have been tested.

9- Legs should be 40X40X1.20 profile legs manufactured in special molds.

10- Feet should be fixed by welding. 13- Feet should be powder coated.

11- Plastic pingos with moving heads should be used on the tips of the feet.
