Our floor and wall profiles are manufactured in sections that are suitable for static values and strength calculations; resistant to friction and pressure, and in shapes that comply with DIN standards.
Our product range includes “profiles resistant to truck and forklift wheel loads” for heavy-loaded floors, “waterproof floor profiles” for floors requiring water tightness, and “seismic profiles” with high mobility for both walls and floors.

The wicks used in floor and wall profiles are manufactured from EPDM and TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). Our profiles can cover openings from 10 mm to 400 mm. Each profile has a corner type.

THINGS TO KNOW WHEN SELECTING AN EXPANSION PROFILE:

• EXPANSION OPENING (Fb): The amount of space left between two blocks must be known.
• PROFILE MOUNTING TYPE: It should be known whether the profile will be applied under the coating or over the coating. If the coating has not been applied yet, the under coating profile is preferred, if the coating has been applied or if the application will be made on exposed concrete, the over coating profile is preferred.
• COATING THICKNESS (H): In order to select the appropriate profile in under coating applications, the coating thickness in cm should be known.
• LOAD: In ground profiles, the load that will pass over the profile (pedestrian, small vehicle, truck, forklift etc.) and also the carrying capacity of the truck and forklift and the surface contact area of their wheels should be known.
• DESIRED HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL MOVEMENT CAPABILITY: The magnitude of the expected horizontal and vertical movements between two building blocks should be known. (It should be given by the company that made the static project depending on the building height, building type, building load, project and ground type.)
• CHEMICAL EFFECTS: It should be known whether the profile will be exposed to any chemical effects in the place where it will be used.
• WATERPROOF: Expansion joint profiles to be used in places that will be constantly exposed to rain or washing water must have the feature of “Waterproof”.
