The beginning was in Valencia, Spain in 1972,
Where my father, engineer Abdul Karim Sabbagh, began his career as an interior designer in Spain. In 1977, Andalusia Factory was established
in partnership between my father, an interior
and Melarca Company, which is considered one of the most luxurious companies specialized
in manufacturing the most luxurious and expensive types of authentic classic furniture from solid walnut wood.
The company’s aim was to establish a carpentry factory in Syria and transfer
all the expertise and techniques of the Spanish company to this country with the target
of exploiting the availability of highly skilled labor to target the neighboring Arab markets.
The company continued to develop, grow, and achieve continuous successes until it became the first company in the region and it was able to open markets in Europe, America, Russia, and Arab countries.
1995 My professional career began after I completed my studies in Spain
(business administration – decoration – wood technology consultant)
at the Aidima Institute, affiliated with the Wood Manufacturers Organization in Spain, where I joined the Andalusia International Company and graduated in various positions and departments of the company until I was fully prepared.
1997 I assumed the position of CEO of the company and established the Special Decoration
Works branch and the combined windows branch (wood – aluminum) and solid wood doors
2012 P.icasso Company was opened with new partnerships in Turkey
The area of P.icasso’s factory in Turkey is 40,000 square meters
Currently, Picasso Company specializes in decoration, wood contracting, and turn-key delivery of projects of all kinds – hotels – villas – and residential and commercial complexes.
