Mepa Mkk 2A Folding Door System for Two Doors, 25 Kg

MKK 2A Folding Door System is applied to a cabinet with a maximum of 25 kg. Door thickness should be between 22-40 mm.

APPLICATION

1- Before mounting the aluminum upper rail, place the cover upper pivot hinge stabilizer, stopper and cover upper roller into the rail and mount the rail to the upper table. Mount the cover lower pivot hinge stabilizer on the lower table.

2- When determining the cover length, determine it so that it does not exceed the Max. 2400 cover length. There should be a gap of 25 mm between the upper roller and a Min. 22 mm between the lower table.

3- Drill a hole on the cover to which the centering shafts will be connected, with a depth of 12 mm and a hole center of 14 mm, measuring 37.5 mm, and fix the centering shafts on the cover.

4- Fix the roller hanging plate on the cover to which the cover upper roller will be connected, after this process, mount the two covers with the help of hinges. Then place the cover with the centering shafts to the cover lower and upper shaft hinge fixings located on the lower and upper tables. Connect the cover with the roller hanging plate with the roller.

5- Check that the lids open and close easily.
